Marine Lyden
UC Visiting Student
Marine is from Jupiter, Florida, and is a sophomore at UC Berkeley intending to double major in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Public Health. Marine is excited to pursue her first undergraduate research experience as a Henrich Lab intern this summer and is looking forward to contributing to the many exciting projects happening. Marine's major activities at UC Berkeley include being a member of the UC Berkeley Biology Scholars Program, mentoring and teaching science to K-5 students within the Berkeley Elementary Unified School District, and pursuing a work-study position at the Valley Life Sciences Building where she prepares labs for lower and upper-division Biology courses.
In her free time, she enjoys exercising, dancing, going to coffee shops, and spending time with friends.
