Wendy Hung

Graduate Student Researcher

Wendy Hung (she/her/hers) UCLA for her undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology. Her first lab job was working on HIV under Dr. Dong Sung An. During undergrad she was a resident assistant. Following graduation, her first lab position was at Broad Institute doing mitochondrial research.

Wendy is attending UCSF for graduate school and is rotating in Dr. Rutishauser's lab where she will work on early immune development. During grad school she started an organization advocating for mental health in academia.

When not in the lab, Wendy can be found cuddling her dog.
